GSE steps up the deployment of its Data Center offering

The exponential growth in data traffic and storage, fuelled by applications such as artificial intelligence (e.g. OpenAI), banking services and online gaming, is generating a growing demand for increasingly sophisticated, secure and eco-responsible data centers.

 

In fact, over the next two years the creation of over 80 infrastructures and dozens of new players on the market is expected. In particular, the colocation market is expected to grow by 10% in 2023 compared to the previous year, with over €650M.

 

Over the past ten years, GSE and GOLDBECK (combined revenues of €7 billion in 2022) designed and built several data centers for GAFAM clients, major retailers and hosting companies. Today, we are strengthening our offering by establishing a strong technical and sales team with deep expertise in data centers and engineering.

Our Confluence subsidiary, which specialises in real estate development, can help you find the most appropriate plot of land. When you sign a development agreement with Confluence, you can directly acquire the land as part of the package.

 

Our solution is to offer you a turnkey development opportunity: a secured plot of land that has been audited for technical, environmental and due diligence purposes, so you can assess your investment with peace of mind. This package also includes a detailed financial report and a market study to evaluate your investment’s future performance.
