GSE is Great Place To Work® certified

In 2024, GSE obtained the Great Place to Work® certification, issued by the only international research institute that combines listening to people with the analysis of HR policies, measuring the opinions and experience of employees. A recognition defined as “Employer-of-Choice”, i.e. assigned by the company’s employees themselves, and therefore particularly significant.

This new certification recognizes that we are an organization attentive to the quality of our organizational culture and working environment and identifies us as a leading company in the job market. Basically, we are one of the best places to work for in Italy!

To obtain it, our employees were asked to express an (anonymous) assessment of the corporate climate they experience every day by filling out the Trust Index Survey, built on the basis of 5 universal dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. According to 89% of them, GSE is a Great Place To Work®!
