A last-mile warehouse to strengthen the e-commerce sector

This logistics warehouse, designed for last-mile distribution and located in the hinterland of Milan, was realized for Goodman, a global industrial property specialist that develops and manages hight quality logistics platforms and business parks.

The building, with a surface of 8,015 sqm, + 2,000 sqm of canopy, stands on an area of approximately 38,000 sqm. The structure, integrating 2,138 sqm of office space and a modern 5,770 sqm warehouse, has 8 dock doors, 207 parking for vans and 100 parking spaces.

Realized according to BREEAM Excellent standards, the project was developed with a focus on sustainability, through the installation of an integrated BMS system, energy-saving LED technology and a photovoltaic system with a peak power of 470 kWp. The creation of 7,000 sqm of new green areas for the wellbeing of local community and the installation of 254 e-charging stations for electric vehicles was also planned.
