Design & Estimating Management

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing reports, analyses, contracts, tender documents, budgets, metric calculations. He/she monitors the design and construction changes, prepare quantity requirements and has cost sensitivity to support the choice of alternatives during the project development phase. He/she also interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (subcontractors) and verifies the formal correctness of accounting documents and payments.
