GSE ITALIA: NEW LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE IN TRUCCAZZANO FOR DEA CAPITAL

GSE Italia handed over to DeA Capital Real Estate SGR a new warehouse in Truccazzano, which will be used as a logistics platform by the tenant Transmec Group. The project, which covers a total area of ​​55,883 sqm, was built in brownfield adjacent to a pre-existing warehouse which remained operational throughout the duration of the works.
