A logistics hub for Prologis at Bologna Freight Village

The logistics warehouse called “DC25” is part of a larger project, entrusted to GSE Italia by Prologis, for the turnkey construction of a logistics hub in the municipality of Bentivoglio, at Bologna Freight Village.

The building, with a surface of ​​6,758 sqm, has been the third of two other buildings to be handed over and is intended for Traser, a leading operator in the transport of biological material. The building is integrated by operational offices and warehouse, 11 loading/unloading areas and 55 parking spaces, 13 of which for trucks. The works, which started in October 2021, were completed in 10 months.

In addition to being built in accordance with the ISO manual and BIM specifications, according to Prologis standard the building is LEED Silver certified.
