A logistics hub for Prologis at Bologna Freight Village

The logistics warehouse called “DC21” is part of a larger project, entrusted to GSE Italia by Prologis, for the turnkey construction of a logistics hub in the municipality of Bentivoglio, at Bologna Freight Village.

The building, with a surface of ​​10,206 sqm, has been the second of two other buildings to be handed over and is intended for Univergomma, a leading operator in the distribution of tires and tubes for passenger and commercial vehicles. The building is integrated by operational offices and warehouse, 8 loading/unloading areas and 17 car parks. The works, which started in December 2021, were completed in just 7 months.

In addition to being built in accordance with the ISO manual and BIM specifications, according to Prologis standard the building is LEED Silver certified.
