Production logistics: building the interior of an industrial site

In 2017 GSE Italia built in Cuneo a 56,400 sqm logistics platform for Michelin, representing the fourth project realized in Italy for this leading tire manufacturer company.

The distribution centre includes 1,500 sqm of offices spaces and has a storage capacity of 1.2 million tires. Although the construction site was set within an existing production site in full swing, the works were completed in just 10 months, including dynamic soil compaction.
