A logistics warehouse surrounded by an ecological corridor near Milan

The building is a multi-tenants logistics warehouse, which can accommodate 2 tenants completely independently and can be prepared for any further subdivisions. The structure, integrated by 3,508 sqm of space intended for offices and technical rooms, has façades in prefabricated and sandwich panels and 56 loading bays, to facilitate the logistics flow.

In addition to the high degree of flexibility, guaranteed by the subdivision of the warehouse into two compartments, another principle underlying the project was sustainability: in fact, the intervention involved the installation of a 36 KWp photovoltaic system and the realization of an ecological corridor of about 3.5 hectares on which more than 300 native tree species have been planted.
