HR Specialist Training & Recruitment

Reporting to the HR Coordinator, he/she is responsible for the search and selection of interns, temporary staff, young graduates and middle roles, carrying out research, selection, hiring and onboarding of resources, ensuring their integration into the company culture and processes. He/she also assists the HR Coordinator and the Technical Management in ensuring the correct implementation of the approved training program.
