GSE ITALIA IN CHARGE OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE FOR P3 LOGISTIC PARKS

GSE Italia recently started the construction works of a warehouse in San Pietro in Casale (BO) on behalf of P3 Logistic Parks. The project includes the construction of a 38,000 sqm logistics warehouse, as well as a series of urban redevelopment works.

The construction site does not expose the area to further urbanization, as the building will be realized on a brown-field that housed a previously demolished and fully reclaimed sugar factory. Construction, which began in March 2023, will be completed in December 2023.

In addition, the building competes for BREEAM building sustainability certification (Excellent level).
