GSE ITALIA HANDS OVER A 14,000 SQM LOGISTICS PLATFORM TO DEA CAPITAL REAL ESTATE SGR S.P.A.

GSE Italia, the Italian branch of the French group GSE, hands over to Dea Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A, as manager of the Fund GO Italia VI, a real estate investment fund fully invested by BentallGreenOak, a new logistics platform in Rivoli (Piedmont). The user of the building complex will be Susa Trasporti S.p.A., a historic company specializing in the supply of integrated transport services.

The new logistics platform, with a surface of approximately 14,000 sqm, will host handling and storage activities mainly related to the automotive sector. In particular, the warehouse is divided into two compartments: courier, intended for cross-dock activities, and logistics, intended for storage. The structure is complemented by 750 sqm of offices and service spaces.

The new logistics platform is located within the Intermodal Goods Centre of Turin S.I.TO. The location is of great importance: the building, in fact, is well connected to the Turin Ring Road (A55) and to the European Road E70.
