Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Assistant supports his/her manager and the sales team of his/her BU in administrative matters, ensuring the implementation of sales procedures and acting as the main point of reference for the various contacts. He/she also plays an active role in marketing activities within his/her area of responsibility.

Reporting to the Design & Estimating Manager, the Design & Estimating Trainee supports the drafting of the technical-economic part of commercial offers. He/she is in charge of the supply chain and is responsible for the correct application of design and estimating best practices and the correct use of design and estimating tools in his/her field of action.

Reporting to the Group HSE Director, the HSE Officer ensures the application and compliance with the group’s safety and quality policy in order to reduce the risks associated with building construction. He/she will also deal with environmental issues. To this end, he/she facilitates the Quality Assurance Plan (QPA) and the Health and Safety (H&S) handbook, provides support to the project team and performs audits during the different phases of the project. The HSE Officer also develops and implements specific tools for the QSM department and provides user training.

Working alongside the company tutor, the candidate will support the various project teams in the following activities:

-Definition of the WBS with the project team;

-Development, monthly update, review of the general work program (level 1, 2 and 3), including construction resource management;

-Identification and management of the project’s critical path, selection and drafting of RDOs for subcontracts and purchase of materials;

-Drafting of the Progress Monitoring System (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) to define the progress of the phases of the project based;

-Drafting of the Project Reporting necessary for the project, including the updating of the project Progress S-Curves;

-Verification of the progress of the project, analysis of any critical issues encountered and definition of solutions;

-Creation of Power Point presentations depicting the construction phases on a weekly or monthly basis by area of ​​intervention;

-Production of the necessary documentation to support the tender phase with subcontractors.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager Trainee ensures the support of project profitability, is involved in the execution of construction activities in accordance with contractual agreements and ensures the effective coordination of all project stakeholders. He/she participates in the verification of the technical choices and in the administrative, financial and legal set up of the projects.

Reporting to the Lead Buyer, the Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for managing suppliers and negotiation processes, scouting and evaluating new suppliers, ensuring that purchase orders are issued on time and correctly, complete with all the required data and accompanied by the necessary specifications, carrying out reporting and analysis of the function’s activities and performance, with constant interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will take care of prospecting and pre-qualification activities, and will organize and manage participation in trade fairs and events. He/she will also take care of managing the corporate CRM, of reporting activities and will guarantee the optimal electronic and paper archiving of the documentation produced in order to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

Reporting to the Site Manager involved in the project, the Site Manager Trainee supports the monitoring of the construction works on site, monitors the progress of the works, supervises the fulfilment of contractual agreements and collaborates to ensure liaison with all stakeholders of the logistical or industrial projects in which we are involved.

Reporting to the M&E Director, the Site M&E Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Electrical or Mechanical technical package services provided on projects operate smoothly during the execution phase. The objective of the role is to strengthen the support of the technical package of one or the other discipline during the execution phase, in order to improve the satisfaction of customers and Project Managers regarding issues relating to the focus of expertise.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Project Manager ensures the profitability of projects, is responsible for carrying out construction activities in accordance with contractual agreements and for the effective involvement of all project stakeholders. He/she participates in negotiations with the client, verifies the technical choices and participates in the administrative, financial and legal set up of the projects.
