A ”green” warehouse for Aquila Capital in Tortona

This project represents the first phase of construction of the “Tortona Green Logistics Park”, a logistics hub of 395,000 sqm located in Tortona, Piedmont. It is, in fact, the first of two buildings, for a useful commercial area of approximately 155,000 sqm.

The building has a surface of 51,596 sqm and is characterized by a strong component of sustainability, a need to which GSE has been able to respond through the implementation of high quality design and construction strategies, such as the preparation of the roofing for the installation of a photovoltaic system with the aim of generating sufficient energy to partially (or completely) satisfy the energy needs of the structure and the reuse of recycled material as the sub-layer of the road surface and industrial floor.

The warehouse has recently acquired its first tenant, the courier MacSped.
