GSE ITALIA IN CHARGE OF TWO NEW LOGISTICS WAREHOUSES FOR DEA CAPITAL REAL ESTATE SGR S.P.A.

GSE Italia has recently started the works for a new ambitious project near Pavia on behalf of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., as manager of the Fund GO Italia VII, fully invested by BentallGreenOak.

The project consists of the construction of two logistics warehouses for the food industry, built in the name of landscape integration and environmental sustainability, with a total surface of ​​91,577 sqm and 24,966 sqm respectively, which will be developed over an area of ​​116,523 sqm. LEED Gold certification.

The new logistics hub will rise precisely in Vidigulfo (PV), 20 km away from Milan, strategically connected to the major Italian cities. The works will be completed in spring 2023.
