GSE ITALIA FOR VAILOG-SEGRO: THE LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE VIRTUOUS EXAMPLE OF GREEN BUILDING

GSE Italia has always had sustainability in its DNA: an example is the project realized for Vailog-Segro, Italy’s nr. 1 industrial real estate development company. A logistics warehouse with a covered surfarce of ​​36,305 sqm located in Orbassano (TO), which represents an excellent and virtuous example for the entire industrial construction sector, thanks to the ability to reconcile two fundamental aspects: sustainability and innovation. In fact, the warehouse represents a reason for satisfaction for GSE Italia, given that thanks to its characteristics it pursues the BREEAM International New Construction by BRE certification (Excellent level) and because it is the first logistics building in Italy to compete for the Zero Carbon certification by International Living Future Institute.
